Hello! I am Mitchell Taylor, but I also go by Mitch. I am a Digital Artist from Cleveland, Ohio with a passion for characters, story development, and a love for cars! My passion for art took off during my high school years, where I took part in a Visual Communications course. Here I discovered my desire to be a storyteller. I would take my newfound passion to Cuyahoga Community College, where I began to practice my artistic skills, while learning the ropes of filmmaking. I gained the knowledge of working on a set firsthand by working with my brother, Anthony Taylor, on three short films for the Cleveland 48 Hour Film Festival. I was a writer for three of these films, and acted in a supporting role in one. When I graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in 2017, I went off to Bowling Green Ohio to Bowling Green State University. Here, I was able to develop a pitch bible and animatic sequence for my own story concept “Lakeside Overdrive”. I also worked as a director, storyboard artist, and editor on a team based short animation “Stuck in the Sound”. After receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Digital Arts in 2019, I hope one day to be a part of pre-production in animated TV or Film helping to plan out amazing stories just waiting to be told.
